Former Braves manager Bobby Cox was hospitalized after suffering a possible stroke, according to the ABC-TV affiliate in Atlanta. Cox, 77, had two stints as skipper of the Braves, including from 1990 through his retirement in 2010. Cox managed the Braves to a World Series championship in 1995.

Cox, who also managed the Blue Jays from 1982-1985, is fourth all-time in MLB history with 2,504 wins as manager. He managed 4,505 games in his career.

A four-time manager of the year, Cox was enshrined in the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2014. Cox's uniform No. 6 is retired by the Braves.
