Vinayak R Goyal has been appointed as the Managing Director of India Transact Services Limited (ITSL), a significant subsidiary of AGS Transact Technologies Limited. Goyal transitions from his role as Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director at ITSL, a position he held from June 2021 to 2024.

During his tenure on the AGS Transact board, Goyal has been key in mapping out the company's digital payment growth, notably driving the Ongo open-loop prepaid cards and pioneering AI integration into the Ongo app. He also spearheaded the development of a contactless fuel payment system as part of AGS's strategic initiatives.
