New Delhi, India – The Open Group, a leading technology standards organization, revealed the winners of the Awards for Innovation & Excellence 2024 at a ceremony that recently took place in New Delhi. The event honored exceptional achievements in adopting open standards and open source software.

The awards celebration drew industry experts and technology enthusiasts as part of The Open Group NextGen Digital for the Techade event. Expertise and innovative practices from South East Asia, India, the Middle East, and Africa were acknowledged by a jury panel of 30 expert executives from seven nations.

The nominations evaluated diverse sectors, including banking, insurance, agriculture, energy, and transformative programs for women. The INITIATE Enterprise Architecture (EA) Student Competition also caught attention, with 22 teams from various universities participating to solve real business problems under expert guidance.
