The company declared the creation of Wipro, Inc., which marks a strategic move to investigate new business avenues and potential investments within the thriving area of information technology consulting and services.

This expansion in the U.S. market was facilitated through the purchase of the subsidiary's share capital, aiming to solidify Wipro's standing in global IT services. Wipro's stock closed at Rs 533.50 on the BSE, marking a slight increase from the prior trading session.
