Bharti Airtel's artificial intelligence-powered spam detection solution is revolutionizing the battle against cyber threats in Rajasthan. Within just 10 days of its launch, the sophisticated tool identified 51 million potential spam calls and 1.6 million spam SMSes, a company official reported on Tuesday.
The innovative solution is designed to alert customers to the dangers of malicious links received via SMS. 'Airtel has established a centralized database of blacklisted URLs, allowing every SMS to be scanned in real-time by a state-of-the-art AI algorithm. This cautions users against accidentally clicking on suspicious links,' explained Marut Dilawari, CEO of Bharti Airtel in Rajasthan.
This pioneering solution, unique among telecom service providers, has been auto-activated at no cost for all Airtel customers. 'With the growing threat of scams and malicious communications, Airtel's AI-powered solution provides users in Rajasthan with a robust defense against cybercriminal activities,' added Dilawari.
