Saryu Roy Advocates for Indian Server Infrastructure to Tackle Data Theft

Saryu Roy, a prominent Indian politician, emphasizes the need for India to develop its server infrastructure to protect data from international theft. He also calls for the promotion of swadeshi products to counter US tariffs and urges diversification of trade ties beyond the West.

Concerned about data theft, Saryu Roy, Janata Dal (United) MLA and former Jharkhand minister, stresses India's need to develop its server infrastructure, like China, to enhance subscriber data security.

During the 79th Independence Day event, Roy criticized a 50% US tariff, warning it could raise Indian export costs in America, advocating swadeshi products as a solution.

Additionally, Roy urged expanding trade ties with South East Asia, highlighting India’s current trade focus on the US and European nations.
