Dutch chipmaker Nexperia reported that its Chinese subsidiary had faced minimal disruption following the disabling of access to certain IT systems and software last week.

The company urged its subsidiary and the parent company, Wingtech, to engage in discussions to address and resolve the ongoing conflict.

This conflict originates from a standoff since October 2025, when the Dutch government intervened to prevent Nexperia from transferring its operations to China.
