Happiest Minds Technologies has raised its revenue growth forecast for the fiscal year 2026-27 to 12.5%, an increase from the previous 10% expectation. This adjustment highlights the company's accelerating momentum in its artificial intelligence (AI) strategy. Despite a profit dip in FY25, the Bengaluru-based firm's overall revenue had surged by 26.8% to Rs 2,060.8 crore.
The upward revision comes in the wake of the company's 'AI First' initiative, launched in February 2026. By reorienting its operating model and service delivery around AI, Happiest Minds has strengthened its strategic initiatives, including the Generative AI Business Services (GBS), contributing to a growing acceptance among clients and improved capabilities.
Joseph Anantharaju, Co-Chairman and CEO, credits the all-round growth to rapid AI adoption in sectors such as financial services and healthcare. Managing Director Venkatraman Narayanan emphasized that the forecast is grounded in strong execution and client trust, not mere aspiration. Happiest Minds operates in 43 global offices, serving over 290 customers worldwide.
