TCS aims to become the world's largest AI-led technology services firm. CEO K Krithivasan highlights comprehensive AI integration, scaling nation-scale projects in India, and strategic acquisitions. The company plans to establish a high-density AI data center and position as an Enterprise Intelligence Integrator.
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is setting its sights on becoming the largest AI-led technology services company worldwide. In its Annual Report for 2025-26, CEO K Krithivasan emphasized that the fiscal year marked a pivotal point as enterprises transitioned from pilot AI projects to full-scale implementations.
Krithivasan detailed ongoing efforts, explaining how the company has successfully engaged 130 of its top 139 clients with AI solutions. This achievement aligns with TCS' 'Build-Partner-Acquire' strategy, which includes acquisitions like ListEngage and Coastal Cloud, expanding its global Salesforce expertise.
On the domestic front, TCS spearheaded national projects such as upgrading State Bank of India's YONO platform and advancing the Government e-Marketplace. The firm is heavily investing in workforce upskilling and infrastructure, including the launch of its AI infrastructure business, 'HyperVault', to support future demands.
