SAP, the market leader in enterprise application software announced today its plans to invest an additional 10 million euros in its world-class project management tool 'Ruum' that helps teams manage projects, manage tasks, and stay on top of all workflows.
Ruum supports popular integrations like Sharepoint, Google Drive, Slack, and Box. It is also the only productivity software with deep integrations to the SAP C/4HANA suite including SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud. With features, like an AI-powered assistant, the software helps teams improve collaboration and productivity.
“Ruum has changed the way my teams collaborate and get work done. They spend far more time adding value to the business and far less time on repetitive admin. It has increased team productivity by at least 30 per cent, and this has a direct impact on our bottom line," said Martin Böhm, chief digital officer, Beiersdorf.

The €10 million investment from SAP will allow Ruum’s core team of 20 to continue to devote resources to its enterprise offering while moving into the global SMB market.
