A viral video from Talaja town in Bhavnagar, Gujrat showing a policeman in plain dress publicly parade and thrash three men restrained by rope.

One of the three men in this video is Shailesh Dhandhaliya a gangster from Bhavnagar who is accused of extortion, robbery, and kidnapping, and the policeman in plain clothes who is beating the accused with lathi is Deepak Mishra police inspector crime branch, Bhavnagar.

According to Desh Gujrat, a local news website which reported the incident with the second video which shows Mishra addressing a crowd and asking them "Not to be scared of these gangsters".

In the second video, Mishra also warns "other gangsters of Talaja that they will also be treated the same way".
