Pulses: Weak conditions emerged at the wholesale pulses market during the week with select pulses led by gram falling up to Rs 500 per quintal owing to slackened demand from retailers at prevailing levels against sufficient stocks.

However, rajmah Chitra ended higher on scattered inquiries.

Marketmen said besides easing demand from dal mills and retailers at existing levels, adequate stocks position on higher supplies from producing regions, mainly pulled down gram and other pulses prices.
