TVS Motor Company Recalls iQube Electric Scooters for Proactive Inspection

TVS Motor Company is recalling certain iQube electric scooters manufactured between July 10, 2023, and September 9, 2023. The company will inspect and, if necessary, rectify the bridge tube to ensure good ride handling. Customers will be contacted individually, and any required fixes will be free of charge.

TVS Motor Company announced on Friday a proactive recall of selected iQube electric two-wheeler units. This measure aims to inspect bridge tubes of scooters made between July 10, 2023, and September 9, 2023, to ensure long-term ride stability.

The company confirmed that any necessary rectifications will be performed at no cost to the customers. TVS Motor or its dealership partners will reach out directly to the affected scooter owners.
