Power trading solutions provider PTC India announced a significant decline in its consolidated net profit by nearly 30% to Rs 91.11 crore for the March quarter.

Despite the profit drop, the company reported a 10% growth in total volumes for the quarter, reaching 18.02 billion units, compared to 16.39 billion units in the same period last year. Over the fiscal year 2023-24, total volumes grew by 6%, reaching 74.84 billion units.

Rajib K Mishra, Chairman & Managing Director, expressed confidence in the company's future prospects, noting that the board has recommended a dividend of Rs 7.80 per equity share for FY24.
