Tragic Bus Accident in Jammu and Kashmir: Two Dead, 25 Injured

Two individuals lost their lives and 25 sustained injuries after a bus skidded off the road, falling into a 200-feet-deep gorge in Doda district, Jammu and Kashmir. The accident occurred near Bhatyas at around 10.25 am, en route from Bhalessa to Thathri. Among the injured, nine are in serious condition.

In a tragic incident, two people were killed and 25 others injured when a bus plunged 200 feet into a gorge in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday, officials reported.

The accident happened near Bhatyas at approximately 10.25 am as the private mini-bus was traveling from Bhalessa to Thathri. Rescue operations revealed that a woman was found dead at the scene, while another victim died in hospital.

Among the 25 injured, nine individuals are reported to be in serious condition and are receiving treatment at the Government Medical College in Doda, according to authorities.
