Fractional ownership platform RealX has helped investors acquire over 3,500 square yards of commercial land in Ayodhya for Rs 10.4 crore.
RealX has announced that it has successfully closed its Ayodhya commercial land parcel of 31,646 sq ft (3516.22 sq yards) valued at Rs 10.40 crore.
The transaction saw participation from 57 investors, who invested amounts ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 25 lakhs to gain proportionate ownership rights in the property.
This significant deal aims to make high-value real estate more accessible to a broader audience through fractional ownership and property tokenisation.
Fractional ownership solves the challenge of high costs associated with owning expensive assets like real estate, yachts, and private jets by distributing these costs among multiple investors.
RealX Cofounder and CEO Manish Kumar stated that Ayodhya is an appreciating property market primed for rapid growth, making the acquisition both timely and challenging due to the seller's market.
