Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has announced a brief regulation of services on the Yellow Line to undertake crucial civil work on a 490-metre section between Janakpuri West and RK Ashram Corridor of Phase-IV. According to the advisory, services will be affected during the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday.
The last train on Saturday will leave at 10:45 pm from Samaypur Badli to Millennium City Centre Gurugram and at 9:30 pm from Millennium City Centre Gurugram to Samaypur Badli. On Sunday, the first train will commence at 7 am instead of 6 am from Samaypur Badli to Millennium City Centre Gurugram. There will be no train services between Samaypur Badli and Jahangirpuri after 11 pm on Saturday and before 7 am on Sunday.
DMRC prioritises passenger convenience during such engineering projects, which are planned to occur at night to minimize disruption. Announcements will be made at stations and inside trains to inform passengers about the changes. This adjustment follows a similar one last month, with another possible revision expected later for the remaining work.
