They highlighted a new central government rule requiring auto drivers to pass a driving test using a car instead of an auto-rickshaw, which has posed challenges for those unskilled in car driving, according to a statement from Gahlot's office. The Transport Minister promised to consult with officials to find a solution.

Additionally, the delegation raised issues about the relocation of the Transport Department office from Burari to Rajpura Road, noting the lack of water cooler facilities and waiting areas. The minister reassured the union that their interests would be prioritized and issues resolved promptly.
