Air India Express Expands Network to Tripura with Daily Flights from Agartala
Air India Express has announced the expansion of its network to include Tripura with daily flights from Agartala to Kolkata, Guwahati, and Delhi. The new routes, commencing from September 1, will provide convenient connections to multiple domestic destinations and promote economic growth and tourism across the region.

Air India Express has expanded its network to Tripura, introducing daily flights from Agartala to Kolkata, Guwahati, and Delhi. The operations for these routes will commence on September 1, the airline revealed in a statement on Thursday.
The new routes offer daily direct flights from Agartala to Kolkata, Agartala to Guwahati, and Agartala to Delhi via Guwahati. This initiative will create convenient connections to nine domestic destinations through the combined networks of Air India Express (AIX) and Air India (AI).
Aloke Singh, Managing Director at Air India Express, stated, "We are delighted to announce Agartala in Tripura as our 46th destination, further expanding our footprint in the Northeast. This strategic addition underscores our commitment to connecting tier-2 and tier-3 cities of India and promoting economic growth, trade, and tourism across the country."
