Realty firm Ashar Group has announced the sale of a triplex apartment at Mumbai's Pali Hill for Rs 172 crore to Apco Infratech. This unprecedented deal marks one of the costliest transactions in the MMR real estate market.

The sprawling 9,527 sq ft luxury apartment is located across three floors of Ashar Group's project, 'The Legend by Ashar'. Sold at Rs 1.81 lakh per square foot, the apartment also entails a stamp duty cost of Rs 9.30 crore. The transaction was officially registered on July 23.

This milestone signifies a pivotal moment, transforming the historic residence of Bollywood legend late Dilip Kumar into a modern marvel while retaining its historical significance. This marks Ashar Group’s second major luxury project in Pali Hill, following ‘Navroze by Ashar’.
