Measures to mitigate disruptions include expanding French border control at Dover, collaborating with the French government, raising public awareness, and lobbying for a pragmatic approach. Junior Interior Minister Seema Malhotra emphasized readiness improvements, particularly at juxtaposed frontier controls like Eurostar, Eurotunnel, and the Port of Dover.
