Infrastructure company Ceigall India Ltd on Wednesday announced that it has secured Rs 375 crore from anchor investors, one day before its initial share-sale opens to the public.

Key anchor investors include ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, HDFC Mutual Fund, and Axis Mutual Fund, among others, as per a circular on BSE's website. International investors such as Nomura and Morgan Stanley Asia have also been allocated shares.

The company has set aside 93.56 lakh shares for these 29 funds at Rs 401 per share, bringing the total transaction to Rs 375.2 crore. The public offering will open on August 1 with a price band of Rs 380 to Rs 401 per share, concluding on August 5.
