Brigade Enterprises Sees Net Profit Soar Over Two-Fold in June Quarter

Realty firm Brigade Enterprises reported a significant jump in consolidated net profit for the June quarter of FY25, achieving Rs 83.72 crore compared to Rs 38.53 crore in the same period last year. Total income also saw a substantial increase, rising to Rs 1,113.44 crore. Brigade Enterprises was established in 1986 and is a leading real estate developer.

Realty firm Brigade Enterprises reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 83.72 crore for the June quarter of the current fiscal year, more than doubling its profit from the same period last year when it stood at Rs 38.53 crore.

The company's total income surged to Rs 1,113.44 crore during April-June FY25, compared to Rs 685.43 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year, according to a regulatory filing.
