Heartwarming Aid Event for Slum Children in Ranchi by Daksh Yoga

Ranchi (Jharkhand) [India], August 7: Daksh Yoga, with the support of the International Yoga Development Federation (IYDF), orchestrated a significant humanitarian event in Sukhdev Nagar, Ranchi. Led by Daksh Yoga's CEO Sumit Soni, the event was a coordinated effort involving five committed volunteers: Neelu Kumari Soni, Nishant Yadav, Sunil Kumar, Sakshi Kumari, and Arya Prahlad Bhagat.
The primary beneficiaries were children from the Chunna Bhatta slum area. The event, which ran from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM on August 4, was filled with warmth and compassion. Volunteers distributed school supplies and food, including 100 notebooks, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, and large cushions, along with 5 kilograms each of flour and rice per child. The initiative, coordinated by Nishant Yadav, also involved engaging the children in playful activities, bringing smiles and joy.
Sumit Soni, sharing his experience, expressed a profound connection with the children. He noted their initial quietness and subsequent joy upon receiving the supplies. He emphasized the emotional support provided and voiced his commitment to continue aiding these children. This event, according to IYDF and Daksh Yoga, aims to raise societal awareness and support for underprivileged children, fostering better opportunities for their futures.
