Axis Bank, a major player in India's private banking sector, is set to launch the second edition of its 'Sparsh Week 2024' from August 5 to 9. The initiative is centered on customer satisfaction and includes a range of activities aimed at deepening relationships with both customers and employees.

During Sparsh Week, Axis Bank will roll out a series of Masterclasses, Fireside Chats, Customer and Leadership Connects, and Panel Discussions. The bank has announced exclusive offers through its 5,000+ branches, including health insurance plans, free Axis Direct accounts, and special vehicle and education loans.

This customer-centric week also features initiatives like meet-and-greet sessions, digital banking lessons for senior citizens, and test drives with auto loan offers in select cities. According to Vijay Mulbagal, Group Executive at Axis Bank, these efforts aim to create 'customer delight moments' and significantly enhance the bank's Net Promoter Scores.
