Pune-based developer KSH INFRA announced on Wednesday an investment of approximately Rs 450 crore for the development of its first Industrial & Logistics (I&L) Park in Hosur, Tamil Nadu.

The company released a statement detailing that the I&L Park, strategically located near the Karnataka border and the Bangalore market, will encompass around 50 acres and offer a development potential of 1.25 million square feet.

The project is anticipated to create employment opportunities for over 1,800 individuals while attracting substantial interest from industrial and warehousing clients seeking state-of-the-art infrastructure over the next 3-4 years, according to the statement.

KSH INFRA Managing Director Rohit Hegde emphasized the importance of logistics parks within India's real estate infrastructure, noting that these facilities provide businesses with cost savings and enhanced service quality.
