IYDF and Info Academy Bring Joy and Support to Orphans in Lucknow

On August 24, 2024, the International Youth Development Foundation (IYDF) and Info Academy collaboratively organized a charitable event at Sri Mad Bal Sadan Orphanage in Lucknow. The event, spearheaded by Imran Nafis, garnered substantial support from dedicated volunteers Komal Sahu, Nafis Alam, Anand Prakash, Md Irfan, Muskan Kashyap, and Sakshi. Its primary aim was to deliver essential supplies to 80 orphans and help them envision their futures.
Commencing at 11:30 AM IST, volunteers brought an array of much-needed items, including educational materials like 25 hotel management books and a bookshelf, as well as sports equipment such as four cricket bats and a football. Additionally, the supplies included 30 kilograms of rice, 50 kilograms of wheat flour, 20 kilograms of pulses, and various stationery items. Sri Ajay Prakash, the head of the orphanage, worked closely with the organizers to ensure fair distribution of these resources. Volunteers also interacted with the children through activities like games and singing, creating an environment of joy and laughter.
Reflecting on the event, Imran Nafis expressed, 'This experience has heightened our awareness of the shared responsibility to care for the less fortunate. Through collective efforts, we aim to help children overcome challenges and embrace a brighter future.' The event underscored the commitment of both IYDF and Info Academy to their social responsibilities, providing not just tangible support but also inspiring the children's dreams and aspirations. IYDF remains steadfast in its mission to bring hope and warmth to more children, guiding them toward a promising future.
