Adani Airports Holdings Ltd, part of the Adani Group, has rolled out 'aviio,' a cutting-edge digital platform designed to streamline airport operations by providing real-time data on passenger movement, baggage flow, wait times at gates, and luggage belt statuses.
The platform aims to foster collaboration among airport stakeholders, improving service delivery to passengers. Airports under Adani's management include seven major hubs, with another set to launch by mid-2025. 'Aviio' will empower airport operators, security personnel, and ground staff with crucial data for smoother operations.
AAHL's CEO, Arun Bansal, emphasizes that the app will revolutionize passenger experiences by offering seamless transitions through airports. This digital leap aims to establish a new global benchmark in airport operations, integrating AI, IoT, and other tech advancements to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
