Shriram Properties, one of South India's leading residential real estate developers, has announced an ambitious new housing project in West Chennai. The project is expected to generate a revenue of Rs 550-600 crore.
Covering a saleable area of 1.1 million square feet, the project will significantly contribute to Shriram Properties' robust portfolio, which includes 44 delivered projects with a total saleable area of 24.4 million square feet.
The company, known for its focus on mid-market and mid-premium segments, has a development pipeline of 42 projects with an aggregate development potential of 42.1 million square feet across key markets like Bengaluru, Chennai, and Kolkata.
