Shriram Properties Launches Major Housing Project in Chennai

Shriram Properties has unveiled a new housing project in West Chennai, promising a revenue of Rs 550-600 crore. With a saleable area of 1.1 million square feet, the project adds to the company's strong portfolio across key South Indian markets like Bengaluru, Chennai, and Kolkata.

Shriram Properties, one of South India's leading residential real estate developers, has announced an ambitious new housing project in West Chennai. The project is expected to generate a revenue of Rs 550-600 crore.

Covering a saleable area of 1.1 million square feet, the project will significantly contribute to Shriram Properties' robust portfolio, which includes 44 delivered projects with a total saleable area of 24.4 million square feet.

The company, known for its focus on mid-market and mid-premium segments, has a development pipeline of 42 projects with an aggregate development potential of 42.1 million square feet across key markets like Bengaluru, Chennai, and Kolkata.
