Mumbai Real Estate Soars: HOMETHON 2024 Unveils Rs 10k Cr Inventory

In a significant boost to Mumbai's real estate landscape, HOMETHON Property Expo 2024 has debuted with the launch of more than 77 new projects. Organized by NAREDCO Maharashtra, the event showcases over Rs 10,000 crore worth of inventory at the Jio World Convention Centre. The exhibition offers a diverse array of properties, from budget-friendly homes to luxury estates, catering to various buyer requirements.

Running until October 6, the expo has registered over 75,000 attendees eager to explore property options across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Maharashtra. Mr. Prashant Sharma, NAREDCO Maharashtra's President, emphasized the growing demand for homeownership and announced a new 'Redevelopment Council' to assist housing societies in redevelopment initiatives.

Furthermore, NAREDCO Maharashtra plans to sign an MoU with the Maharashtra government to promote sustainable urban development. Notable figures like Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani and Rajan Bandelkar highlighted the significance of the expo in fostering trust and transparency within the market, meeting housing demands and connecting developers with potential buyers.
