Voltas Ltd Achieves Over Two-Fold Profit Jump in September Quarter

Voltas Ltd, a leading air-conditioning maker, reported a significant rise in consolidated net profit for the September quarter to Rs 132.83 crore. This was driven by a 56% increase in room AC sales. Revenues were up 14.23%, while total expenses rose by 10.74%.

In a significant financial achievement, Voltas Ltd, renowned for their air-conditioning and engineering services, announced a more than two-fold rise in consolidated net profit for the latest September quarter, amounting to Rs 132.83 crore.

This surge was largely driven by a notable 56 per cent growth in their room air-conditioner business.

Revenue from operations climbed to Rs 2,619.11 crore, marking a 14.23 per cent increase, while total expenses also saw a rise to Rs 2,486.89 crore.
