This marks a steep rise from the net loss of Rs 74.85 crore recorded in the same quarter last year. The company's total income also saw a substantial drop, falling to Rs 48.37 crore from Rs 117.67 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.

The realty firm, known for its numerous projects in Delhi-NCR and across other states, is facing challenges as indicated in its regulatory filing on Thursday.
