Kamdhenu Ltd Reports Strong Q3 Performance with 12% Profit Increase

Kamdhenu Ltd, a leading steel manufacturer, recorded a 12% rise in net profit to Rs 12.5 crore for Q3 of the 2024 fiscal year. The company's revenue grew by 13% to Rs 175 crore. The growth aligns with Kamdhenu's focus on expanding its market share and capitalizing on infrastructure developments.

Kamdhenu Ltd, a prominent player in the steel industry, announced an impressive 12% increase in net profit, amounting to Rs 12.5 crore for the December quarter of 2024. This financial boost is attributed to heightened revenues.

Compared to the Rs 11.11 crore profit in the same period of the previous fiscal year, the company's revenue from operations experienced a 13% climb, reaching Rs 175 crore from Rs 155 crore. Chairman Satish Kumar Agarwal expressed commitment to profitable growth and maintaining robust margin discipline.

Looking ahead, Agarwal noted that India’s demand for TMT bars is set for strong growth due to infrastructure development, urbanization, and government initiatives such as smart cities and affordable housing. Kamdhenu, holding a 20% share in the organized TMT sector, aims to double this in five years.
