Capacit'e Infraprojects Secures Rs1320 Crore Contract from NBCC for Greater Noida Development

Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has won a Rs1320 crore contract from NBCC (India) Limited for the development of residential apartments in Greater Noida. In a significant development, Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has been awarded a substantial contract worth Rs1320 crore by NBCC (India) Limited, a Government of India Navratna Enterprise. The project is set to take place at Sector - Tech Zone-IV, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, involving the creation of Leisure Valley Phase-II Residential Apartments.

The scope of the contract encompasses Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), along with an Operation & Maintenance period spanning two years. Rahul Katyal, Managing Director of Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited, expressed gratitude towards NBCC for entrusting the company with this project. Katyal emphasized that this contract marks an important milestone in expanding their client base and bolstering their reputation for quality delivery in the infrastructure sector.
