PBPartners, an online platform for insurance agents, is rapidly expanding in Tamil Nadu, especially in Chennai. Founded in 2021, the business has seen a 62% growth in the past year. The company plans to launch 10 new Experience Centres in Chennai, enhancing its reach and training capabilities for its 12,000 agents statewide.

PBPartners, an innovative digital insurance platform, is marking a significant expansion stride in Tamil Nadu. The city of Chennai, in particular, has emerged as a crucial hub for the company’s growth, accounting for a remarkable 62% rise in business over the past year.

Founded in 2021, PBPartners operates under the wider umbrella of Policybazaar, offering a mobile application that allows agents to sell a diverse range of insurance products. Co-founder Dhruv Sarin envisions the opening of 10 additional Experience Centres in Chennai within the next few years to further this growth.

Sarin highlighted Tamil Nadu's vital role, contributing 24% to PBPartners’ overall operations. He detailed a strategic plan to extend the firm's reach across India, from 18,000 to nearly 19,000 pin codes, thereby reinforcing its commitment to broadening insurance accessibility and inclusivity nationwide.
