Union Minister Criticizes Air India Over Defective Seating

In an incident that has sparked concern, Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan expressed his dissatisfaction with Air India on Saturday over being allocated a 'broken and sunken' seat on a Delhi-bound flight from Bhopal.

Chouhan, who was traveling to attend several agricultural events, took to social media platform X to share his grievance, questioning the airline's ethical standards for charging full fares and yet seating passengers on faulty seats.

In response to Chouhan's criticism, Air India issued an apology for the inconvenience and assured that corrective measures would be taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.
