Leadership Shift at CII Chennai: Ajit Chordia and Hema Mani Take the Helm

Ajit Chordia, a seasoned entrepreneur, becomes the new Chairman of the CII Chennai Zone for 2025-26, while Hema Mani assumes the role of Vice Chairperson. Ajit Chordia, the Managing Director of Olympia Group, has been appointed as Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Chennai, for 2025-26. Chordia's election was confirmed during the recent annual session of the CII Chennai Zone, the organization announced on Tuesday.

Chordia, known for his entrepreneurial prowess, promotes Khivraj and Olympia Groups. He is recognized for expertise in automotive retail, real estate, and renewable energy, alongside his contributions to green buildings and corporate governance. His leadership is expected to drive significant advancements in the industry.

Simultaneously, Hema Mani was elected Vice Chairperson. Currently leading HR in the Asia Pacific for Lennox India Technology Centre, Mani's career spans 28 years with notable impact in strategic HR. Her appointment marks a continued dedication to enhancing leadership, culture, and community engagement at the industry level.
