Tragic Highway Collision Claims Couple's Lives, Leaves Children Injured

A severe accident on the Ranchi-Rewa highway resulted in the death of a couple and critical injuries to their two children, after their SUV was hit by a truck. The incident happened near Kolinduba village as the family returned from a religious event.

A catastrophic accident on the Ranchi-Rewa highway tragically ended the lives of Nageshwar Gupta and Munni Devi, while their two children were critically injured. The SUV they were traveling in was hit by a truck near Kolinduba village.

The family was returning home late at night from a religious event in Harnakachar village when the collision occurred, according to Circle Officer Pradeep Singh Chandel. The accident claimed the lives of the parents on the scene.

Following the incident, the injured children were transferred to the district hospital for urgent care. The driver of the truck fled the scene, and authorities are actively attempting to locate the individual.
