Engineering solutions provider DDEL has announced the promotion of Shruti Aggarwal to Whole-Time Director, a role she will assume for a five-year term starting April 14, 2025.

Aggarwal, with over 13 years of experience in financial planning and management reporting, is part of the company's promoter group and has been with DDEL since 2011. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Operations.

In her elevated role, Aggarwal will oversee the company's financial strategies and ensure compliance while aiding decision-making through data insights. She will also continue her board duties at Malwa Power Pvt Ltd and DEE Fabricom India, providing strategic direction and governance, as highlighted in a company statement.

DDEL's Chairman & Managing Director Krishan Lalit Bansal expressed confidence in Aggarwal's ability to drive sustainable growth and deliver value to stakeholders.
