Skyways Air Services Ltd has initiated steps to launch an IPO, according to recent papers submitted to markets regulator Sebi. The move aims to bolster its financial standing through a combination of fresh equity and existing shares for sale.
Founded in 1984, the company has transformed from a Custom House Agent to a comprehensive logistics service provider. Its operations now encompass air and ocean freight, trucking, warehousing solutions, and fast-paced delivery services.
Proceeds from the IPO will address debt repayment, enhance working capital, and support general corporate objectives. Participating in this issuance are Holani Consultants, Shannon Advisors, and Dolat Finserv, guiding the company toward its impending debut on the BSE and NSE.
