Tragic Collision in Deoghar: Six Kanwariyas Dead in Bus-Truck Accident

A horrific accident claimed the lives of six Kanwariyas and left 24 others injured when a bus collided with a truck in Deoghar, Jharkhand, early Tuesday morning, according to officials.
The collision occurred around 5:30 am near Jamuniya forest under the Mohanpur Police Station limits. The bus, loaded with Kanwariyas, collided head-on with a commercial truck transporting cooking gas cylinders.
Amidst discrepancies in the death toll, local MP Nishikant Dubey claimed that 18 devotees perished. Authorities, however, have confirmed six fatalities and cautioned that the toll might rise. The injured are receiving medical care, with rescue operations underway.
