Real estate giant DLF Ltd announced an 18% increase in its consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 762.67 crore for the June quarter, driven by a robust demand for housing. Sales bookings saw a significant surge of 78%, hitting Rs 11,425 crore, owing to the popularity of its luxury housing project in Gurugram.
DLF reported a total income of Rs 2,980.88 crore during the April-June period of the fiscal year 2025-26, showing impressive growth from Rs 1,729.82 crore in the same quarter the previous year. The company attributes this success to sustained demand for high-quality developments and a strong market presence.
With the Indian economy displaying resilience and supportive government policies, DLF is optimistic about leveraging these favorable conditions.
