In a ceremony filled with respect and recognition, the Sarvottam Nagrik Samman 2025 was held at Hotel Sahara Star in New Delhi, organized by Seema Singh, a prominent philanthropist known as the Mother of Orphans. The event commenced with a keynote address by the Governor of Maharashtra, who praised Singh's exemplary leadership and highlighted the essential role of civic responsibility in nation-building.
