Signature Global Ltd has seen its consolidated net profit surge five-fold to Rs 34.43 crore in the first quarter of the fiscal year, driven by high housing demand. The income soared to Rs 898.35 crore, showcasing significant growth from the previous year's Rs 427.98 crore.

Signature Global Ltd, a leading real estate developer based in Gurugram, has reported a remarkable five-fold increase in its consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 34.43 crore for the first quarter of this fiscal year. This impressive growth is attributed to a strong housing demand that boosted the company's earnings.

In comparison, the firm had recorded a net profit of Rs 6.79 crore during the same quarter in the previous fiscal year, illustrating a significant improvement in their financial performance.

The company also reported a substantial rise in total income, which soared to Rs 898.35 crore from the previous year's Rs 427.98 crore during the April-June period, according to a regulatory filing made public on Thursday.
