Highlighting the fears surrounding job displacement due to artificial intelligence, the Apollo Group executive chairperson stressed the need to balance economic growth with job creation. She advocated for democratizing AI technology to harness its potential and benefit small businesses and retailers across India.
On another note, Meta's executives, Benjamin Joe and Arun Srinivas, expressed excitement about India's market potential. Meta aims to expand its partnerships with state governments to provide citizen-centric services through WhatsApp, currently used by millions in Andhra Pradesh.
