A tragic highway collision in Gujarat claimed four lives and injured 15 when a pickup van crashed into a truck and two two-wheelers during an attempted overtaking.

The accident took place near Moti Pipli village on the national highway at around 10 am, according to Superintendent of Police Vasant Nayi.

The crash, happening amidst road construction, underscored pressing safety concerns. The deceased include two passengers and two motorcyclists, with authorities confirming all victims have been hospitalized.
