Tragic Collision Claims Lives of Vaishnodevi Pilgrims in Katra

In a tragic incident, three people lost their lives when a three-wheeler collided with a bus in Katra on Tuesday. The accident unfolded near the Serli check post and involved two pilgrims on their way to Vaishnodevi, according to local authorities.
The victims were identified as Jeet Lal, the three-wheeler's driver, and pilgrims Vachitar Kumar Sahu and Joginder Matari, both from Odisha. All three succumbed to their injuries at the scene.
Two other individuals, identified as Kavita Sahu and Sneh Lata Matari from Odisha, sustained injuries in the crash. After receiving initial treatment, they were transported to a medical facility in Jammu for more comprehensive care.
