Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal emphasized on Saturday the substantial reforms launched by the government that contributed to an 8.2% GDP rise in the July-September quarter of the fiscal year.
Despite global trade challenges, the minister noted that India's exports are witnessing considerable growth, further strengthening the economy.
Goyal was speaking at a national padyatra event commemorating Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel's 150th birth anniversary, where he lauded the government's measures to enhance domestic manufacturing and ease of doing business.
