Maharashtra Launches 'Zebru' Logo to Boost Road Safety

The Maharashtra Transport Department unveiled the 'Zebru' logo to promote road accident prevention. Transport Minister Pratap Sarnaik presented the logo with Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Ministers Ajit Pawar and Eknath Shinde. This initiative is aimed at reducing road accidents through increased public awareness.

The Maharashtra Transport Department has launched the 'Zebru' logo in a bid to enhance road safety awareness across the state.

Unveiled by Transport Minister Pratap Sarnaik, in the presence of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Ministers Ajit Pawar and Eknath Shinde, the initiative is part of a wider campaign aimed at reducing road accidents.

The Zebru logo will serve as a visual symbol for spreading vital road safety messages, a necessity as accident rates continue to rise, Sarnaik stated during the launch event.
