The Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) has announced a significant year-on-year rise in its November revenue, driven by strong global demand for artificial intelligence (AI) chips. Despite a 6.5% slip from October, November's revenue reached an impressive NTD 343.61 billion, approximately USD 10.99 billion.

The semiconductor giant reported a 24.5% increase compared to the same period last year, a substantial rise from the NTD 276.06 billion recorded in November 2024. This growth highlights TSMC's leadership in the advanced semiconductor space, particularly for high-performance chips used in AI servers, computing, and premium smartphones.

While there was a slight month-on-month revenue decline, TSMC's robust 32.8% growth for the first eleven months of 2025—totaling NTD 3,474.05 billion, or USD 111.17 billion—emphasizes the company's pivotal role in the expanding AI ecosystem. As demand for AI infrastructure continues, TSMC remains a vital supplier for major global tech firms.
